📦 Return & Refund Policy

1️⃣ Limited Edition Signed & Numbered Slates (Shipped from Iceland)
Each limited edition slate in this release is a hand-signed, numbered, collector’s item, making it unique and irreplaceable. Due to the exclusive nature of these pieces, all sales are final. 
However, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If your slate arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly offer a replacement under these conditions:

✅ Damage Claim Deadline: You must contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
✅ Replacement Only: Since each slate is signed and numbered, returns and refunds are not available, but a replacement will be shipped if the product is damaged.
✅ Shipping for Replacements: In the case of a replacement, I will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
 

📩 To request a replacement, email me at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
 

2️⃣ Standard Edition (Future USA Direct Orders - Shipped from Supplier)
For any non-signed, non-numbered slates shipped directly from my supplier, a 30-day return policy applies.
 

✅ Returns Accepted for:

Incorrect items received
Manufacturing defects
Orders returned in original, unused condition
 

❌ Returns NOT accepted for:
-Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
-Normal variations in print color or texture
-Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

❓ Additional Notes
VAT & Customs Fees: Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. Refunds do not cover these fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking confirms delivery, I am unable to offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal service for further assistance.
